Who can attend the Big EASY Summit?
This summit is open to high school students in 10th - 12th grade.
What's the Cost and Are Scholarships Available?
Special funding has underwritten the entire seminar, allowing us to charge a very low tuition of only $150 for registrations through September 29th and only $200 for registrations made after the date. The tuition includes local transportation, rooming and Kosher meals.Travel costs to and from New Orleans are not included.
Limited additional scholarships are available.
Where will the participants be staying?
Big EASY Summit participants will be staying at one of the GA's New Orleans hotels. More details will be provided shortly.
How do we get to the program?
You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to New Orleans.
The nearest airport is Armstrong International Airport (MSY). Transportation will be provided to and from this airport on Sunday and Tuesday. Please see below for times.
What time should I arrive on November 7th?
- By Plane: Participants should book flights to MSY scheduled to arrive by 11:00 AM.
- By Car: Participants should be dropped off at the hotel between 12:00 and 12:15 pm.
What do I wear at the Summit?
The seminar dress code is business casual. A full packing list will be posted soon.
Who will be staffing Panim el Panim?
The program will be staffed by both BBYO field staff and PANIM Institute staff.
What time should I depart on November 9th?
- By Plane: Participants should book flights from MSY scheduled to depart after 2:00 pm.
- By Car: Participants should be picked up at the hotel between 11:15 and 11:30 am.
