Join the New York Community for an Exclusive Screening of BULLY
BBYO is the exclusive partner with The Bully Project in bringing the film to Jewish teen audiences
Committed to respect and inclusion of all Jewish teenagers, BBYO is proud to sponsor screenings of “BULLY,” a feature-length documentary that depicts “a year in the life” of North America’s bullying crisis. All NYC-area Jewish youth and their families are invited to see the film with BBYO before its worldwide release. At the conclusion of the film, participants are invited to engage in an anti-bullying training session and unique discussion on how they can make their communities a safe place.

A Message from BULLY Film Director
Information on BULLY Being Released as Unrated
Due to some inappropriate language and intense situations, BULLY is being released unrated. BBYO hopes to share the film’s important message with as many teens as possible and ensures families that trained facilitators will be on-site leading a post-movie discussion to help attendees process what they have seen in a productive and meaningful way. For parents or teachers who are looking for more information or who may have concerns about showing children a movie unrated by the MPAA, please read Common Sense Media's rating details of the film here: http://www.commonsensemedia.org/movie-reviews/bully.
Want to Take Action Now?
A year ago, BBYO teens launched Stand UP for Each Other: A Campaign for Respect and Inclusion, a grassroots effort focused on creating safe and welcome communities for all Jewish teens. We’re extraordinarily proud of the partnerships that have been born out of this effort, particularly among the teen leaders of AZA and BBG, NFTY, Young Judaea, USY, camps and Jewish Community Centers, and other local and global Jewish youth networks.
We would be honored if you joined the Stand UP for Each Other Campaign by helping BBYO and The Bully Project raise awareness and reach one million teens! Sign the appropriate pledge below:
