KICK OFF EVENTS HUGE SUCCESS!

Thank you to everyone who attended the two kick off events for the 2012-2013 school year.

The Kickoff Dance (September 8th) was one of the largest in Wisconsin Region history with over 120 teens attending.

And the Kickoff Cookout (September 9th)...was awesome. Over 150 people attended, parents and teens (and their younger siblings too) mixed and mingled while eating yummy hamburgers and hotdogs. Thank you to our hosts, the parents of the Regional Board. We are looking forward to holding this event again next year.

And thank you everyone who brought school supply donations - a full bucket of supplies is being donated to MPS. If you would still like to donate, please contact the office at 414-326-2808 or stop by with your donation by September 21st.

At Voice Your Vote, teens will learn about both sides of the 2012 election so that they can make educated decisions and advocate for what they believe in. They will have the opportunity to volunteer on both sides of the campaign and learn how they can stay civically engaged well after the election.
