Jeremy Witchel arrived at Ben-Gurion Airport on July 3, ready to experience three weeks of Israel “BBYO-style,” touring the historical and cultural sites of the Jewish state while immersed in leadership training.

BBYO, the world’s leading pluralistic Jewish youth movement and DoSomething.org, the largest not-for-profit for young people and social change, teamed up to launch “Can-Tribute,” a campaign that rallied young people across North America to fight hunger in their local community through a food collection drive.
On Friday night, Dec. 12, over 130 members of South Jersey Region journeyed to the Jewish Federation Annex building in Cherry Hill for the region’s first-ever Winter Retreat, themed “We are Mispacha” (family).
