What is CRW?
CRW stands for Central Region West, a region of BBYO. BBYO Central Region West reaches Jewish teens across Northern California. With chapters all over the SF Bay Area, check out BBYO near you; meet new people, get inspired, make a difference.
What is BBYO?
BBYO is a worldwide youth-led organization for high-school age Jewish teens. It is separated into Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA), the young men's order, and B'nai B'rith Girls (BBG), the women's order. There are also BBYO Chapters which are co-educational, though these are usually in smaller communities. AZA and BBG chapters are considered high school fraternities and sororities, respectively, and allow teens to develop remarkably strong friendships that will last a lifetime.
The joint mission of AZA and BBG, which together form the core of BBYO, is to provide Jewish teens with opportunities to form leadership skills and to commit to their own personal development. As we say, "More Jewish Teens, More Meaningful Jewish Experiences".
