Wayne AZA
Wayne AZA is a chapter of close friends! We know how to have fun while accepting all who are interested in joining our chapter. We meet at the Wayne YMCA (formerly the Wayne YM-YWHA) every other Thursday night from 7:30-9pm. We do many athletic programs, as well as other creative activities. Our chapter has had brotherhood events that we will continue in the future, which help bring us closer together. Wayne AZA stands up for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, a cause which is very close to our hearts, as one of our own WAZA members has been cured of the burdensome illness after years of suffering. If you have any questions about Wayne AZA, you can contact the Chapter President, Josh Mordkoff, at joshmordkoff@yahoo.com. You can also contact our adult advisor, Mike Green, at mhgreen@optonline.net
Wayne BBG
Wayne BBG is a diverse group of friendly and upbeat girls. We provide a place where you can find yourself amongst your close friends and make new friends, too! In WBBG, everyone is accepted and welcomed. We are the only BBG (all girls) chapter in the immediate surrounding area. We have girls from Wayne, Nutley, Kinnelon, Pompton Plains, and other surrounding towns. WBBG focuses on sisterhood, community service, and leadership. Every other Sunday at the Wayne YMCA (1 Pike Drive, Wayne, NJ), our chapter holds meetings from 3:30-5pm that include a variety of fun and interesting programs. In January 2012, we ran an "'80s Workout"-themed meeting! Our chapter actively supports and fundraises for Tomorrow's Children Fund, an organization that provides services to children that suffer from Pediatric Cancer and severe blood disorders. Wayne BBG is always looking for new members to come and join in the fun. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Chapter President, Elana Brosnick, at elanab@optonline.net, or the Adult Advisor, Samantha Leone, at samanthaleone2@gmail.com.
