A wise young woman once said, "Today was a fairy tale."  This songbird of her generation is Taylor Swift, and she will not be in attendance at Tournies X.

Forest Gump once said, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get."  Forest Gump will not be in attendance at Tournies X.

The great child prodigy Jimmy Neutron once proclaimed, "Brainblast!"  Jimmy Neutron has already RSVP'ed "no" to Tournies X.

However, just because these legendary figures won't be at Tournies X on Saturday, November 20th doesn't mean you shouldn't go.  In fact, Tournies X is going to be the GREATEST SJR CONVENTION since February of 1985.  Join the whole South Jersey gang at the Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club from 7 PM to 7 AM as we engage in a series of competitions to determine who the greatest chapters are in all of the 856.  From Powderpuff to the AZAA Championship to a polka dancing contest, Tournies X will test the limits of every Aleph and every BBG.  So register for Tournies X NOW at www.b-linked.org and get ready to leave your heart at the Racquet Club in order to prove that your chapter has what it takes to be the best.  Also, stay tuned for more information regarding the Tournies X theme, or don't, its really your call.

$35 if you pay online or $40 at the door.

Tournies X.  Be there, or be O.

SJR Teen Leaders Attend AIPAC High School Summit

Israel Advocacy a Priority in BBYO Across the Nation.

AIPAC High School Summit

Seven SJR BBYO teen leaders traveled to Washington DC to attend the AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) High School Summit in October.  Together with over 400 teens from across the country, the SJR BBYO teens learned from experts about the importance of a strong America-Israel relationship, and had the opportunity to go to Capital Hill and lobby at Congressman Frank LoBiondo's office.  After returning to South Jersey, the BBYO teen leaders ran an Israel advocacy program for their peers called Speak Up! which is an international teen initiative to promote Israel advocacy.   There will continue to be Speak Up! programs throughout the year in SJR and in several BBYO communities.
