Save the date for Eden’s Annual Movie Night, Saturday May 11th from 9-11pm at Arielle Bordow’s house. The cost is $3, which will be donated to Eden’s Stand UP cause! Click here to view the flyer.

The BBYO Offices will be closed May 14-16 for Shavuot. Chapters may not have programs or meetings on those days.

BBGs, save the date on May 19th for Shake It For Our Sisters! This will be a 2 hour Zumba-a-thon! All proceeds will be donated to the Advocates of Ozaukee, an organization that provides safe houses and resources for victims of domestic and sexual abuse. The cost is $10 in advance or $13 at the door. The event is being held at Elite Sports Club- North Shore from 2-4pm. Alephs, save the date for Buckets for Bob on May 19th. This event is being organized by two of our BBYO Connect participants, and future BBYO members. The event is to help benefit Bob Aker, a JCC employee. Bob has been diagnosed with ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease. The disease weakens your whole body from head to toe and is eventually a fatal disease. Because of this disease Bob can no longer work, and the medical bills for the Aker family will be huge. The event is a 3 on 3 basketball tournament. The tournament fee is $18 per student. This year’s SRC theme is SRC 2013: Make It Count! Registration is open!! You can register on B-Linked or by sending in your registration form! Save the date for the “End of the Year Family Breakfast” on Sunday June 2nd at 9am. This is a big celebration for the end of the year, and your family members are invited! The seniors will receive their Kol HaKavod awards, there will be a slideshow recapping the year, and much more! The cost is $5 per person, but BBYO Parents eat free! Immediately following the breakfast, chapters will have their chapter elections. If you have any questions, ask a Regional Board member, or Rachael or Dani.
