Storytelling and Oratory 2012 Themes
Alephs and BBGs,
Below you can vote for the Oratory and Storytelling themes for the 88th/68th years of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and the B'nai B'rith Girls. These themes are traditionally chosen by the International Executive Body and then published to the rest of the Order. Like last year, we are opening the voting process to the entire AZA and BBG network and asking you to play a key role in the decision making process!
Oratory is a relatively serious theme that prompts reflection on personal experiences, the state of BBYO and the future of the Jewish people.
Storytelling is a more humorous theme that encourages fictional and funny stories related to BBYO. When choosing themes, please be considerate of the AZA and BBG Movement Priorities and take into consideration which themes would be easiest to incorporate into programming at all levels of our organization.
Voting will be open until Monday, December 31, 2012. The themes will then be announced and we will release resources on how to make Oratory and Storytelling relevant in your chapter, region and council. The winning entrants will be featured in the JTA, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, the definitive source for North American Jewish community news and opinion, and a conduit to global Jewish news outlets.
We look forward to your input!
With undying love,
The 68th BBG International Board and 88th AZA Grand Board
