CLTC 4 pre-induction

Hello! This is Kevin Sloan reporting from inside the BBYO staff office at the beautiful Bethany College. Serving as a CLTC coordinator has been the greatest honor of my life. As the program goes on it is evident that the teens are becoming more confident leaders by creating their own programs and fundraisers for their peers. Today, Lindsey and I put supplies together for our AZA and BBG induction ceremonies. This is very important to me because when I went to CLTC in 2009, my induction was one of the most meaningful and inspiring experiences I had in BBYO. Although there are four days left, it still feels like we just got here. While I'm sad to be leaving BBYO, it is reassuring to know that there are at least 87 capable teens to keep both our movement and the Jewish community strong.
