Transportation Arrangement and Charter Bus Information

CLTC 1,3,5 & 7 - Beber Camp, Wisconsin

CLTC 1 – June 15- June 27, 2010
CLTC 3 – June 29 -July 11, 2010
CLTC 5 – July 13 - July 25, 2010
CLTC 7 – July 27- August 8, 2010

A charter bus will be provided from the Milwaukee Airport ONLY.

The bus will leave from Milwaukee Airport at 4:00 PM. Please make plans to arrive in Milwaukee NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM.

Staff members will be upstairs in the food court area to greet you after you retrieve your luggage from downstairs.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please call the camp office at 262-363-7291.

If you are driving to camp, plan on arriving at 4pm.

Departure flights can be made beginning at 12:00PM (Milwaukee)

Pick up at camp 9:00am is a MUST.

We will provide transportation from the Raleigh Durham International and Greensboro airports.

Arrival Flights

If you are flying into the Greensboro Airport:

Please plan on arriving to the Greensboro airport by 2:00pm - the bus will depart at 3:00pm. You will be meeting the staff at the US Air baggage claim in the lower level.

If you are flying into the Raleigh Airport:

Please plan on arriving to the Raleigh airport by 1:00pm - the bus will depart at 2:00pm. You will be meeting the staff in the Terminal A baggage claim #1.

All teens being driven to the American Hebrew Academy will only be allowed to arrive between 3:00pm and 4:00pm the day the session begins.

Note: West Coast only: If you are flying in from the west coast and you can’t get into Raleigh at the designated time you MUST fly into Greensboro.

Departure Flights

For the Raleigh airport please make your departure flight after 1:00pm on the last day of the session.

For the Greensboro airport please make your departure flight after 12:00pm on the last day of the session.

Pick up at the American Hebrew Academy will be at 9:30am.
