International Leadership Training Conference (ILTC)

International Leadership Training Conference allows teens to explore the skills that a regional/council leader need in order to affect change within AZA/BBG and across the world. This program is designed for teens that are or aspire to be council, regional and international leaders. Participants return home with strengthened leadership skills, and ideas and tools to implement in their region. Come build character and identity, and begin a life-long relationship with BBYO, AZA and BBG.

• Create a network of top level leadership peers from across the BBYO movement
• Develop your passion as a Jewish leader
• Learn how to develop, market and strengthen your local BBYO programming

Make it a Perlman Summer! Sign up for the ultimate AZA and BBG experience by combining ILTC and Kallah.  Spend five weeks learning, growing, leading and connecting with AZA and BBG teens at Perlman. Teens who participate in a Perlman Summer (ILTC and Kallah) return home with a strong sense of self, of Kehillah (community), with a robust network of friends, strengthened leadership skills, and unique program ideas and tools to implement in their region.

Price

$2,500 for ILTC

$5250 for ILTC + Kallah

The Early Early Bird Discount - $150: This is available to the first 20 teens to register for each session, before December 31, 2011.

The Early Bird Discount - $75: This is available to teens who are not one of the first 20 to register, or for teens who register between December 31, 2011 and the February 28, 2012 deadline.

Scholarships

BBYO makes every effort to award financial aid when circumstances require it. Summer scholarship applications must be received by teens' Regional Office no later than March 15, 2012. Scholarships will be awarded by April 1, 2012.

Perlman Camp (Starlight, PA)

Perlman Camp is located in the northeastern corner of Pennsylvania, just 3 hours from New York City and Philadelphia and 5 hours from Washington DC. The lush fields, pristine forests and spring-fed lake, form the perfect backdrop for an exceptional summer of friendship, learning and fun.
