CLTC 2 & 6 – Montreal

TRANSPORTATION AND CHARTER BUS INFORMATION

CLTC 2 – June 10 – June 21, 2018

CLTC 6 – July 10 – July 22, 2018

The Montreal Airport will be used for all CLTC 2 and 6 participants and bus transportation will be provided to and from the airport.

Arrival Flights:

Book flights to arrive at the Montreal Airport by 2:00pm - bus will depart for CLTC at 3:00pm

Staff will be waiting for you at baggage claim – the specific location will be provided beforehand.

All teens being driven to camp should plan to arrive between 4:00 - 4:30pm the day the session begins, as staff and lodging will not be available before that time.

Note: West Coast only: If you are flying in from the west coast and you can’t get to Pittsburgh at the designated time, please contact the program director.

Departure Flights:

Please book all flights to depart the Montreal Airport after 1:00pm on departure day.

If you are being picked up at the camp please arrive by 8:30 – 9:00am.

Teens must stay within the arrival and departure guidelines and may not arrive to the program early or late without written approval from the Site Director or International office.
