IMPORTANT: if you are under the age of 18 please have your parents fill out the waiver before you come!!

Join us at our first event of the year: Sweat With Savage! We are going to be doing an hour long yoga class at Center for Yoga in Birmingham followed by a healthy lunch in Birmingham. Be sure to bring a water bottle and yoga mat; if you don't have a yoga mat you can rent one for $3! All first-timers at Center for Yoga get in for free however, if you have attended a class there before bring some money to pay for the class :)
