 in us for our annual MIT (Member In Training) Convention in Newark\, NJ. 
   This convention is specifically geared toward new members and is the fi
 rst convention that 8th Graders can attend!!!!\n\nThe weekend will be fil
 led with fun programs\, music\, a dance and Shabbat Services\, all while 
 learning about the basics of BBYO.  Busing will be provided for Paramus a
 nd Marlboro.  (Busing for Clark and Basking Ridge will be pending based o
 n registration needs.) \n\nEach participant is entitled to ONE roommate r
 equest and we will put no more than two teens from one chapter in a room.
   We will do our best to accommodate\, however\, due to space\, roommate 
 requests are not guaranteed. \n\nThe cost of this convention is $375\, ho
 wever if you register prior to Sunday\, February 3rd and it is your first
  convention\, you will receive a $150 refund. Upon completion of your reg
 istration\, please email Amy Gerson (agerson@bbyo.org) or Rob Kappel (rka
 ppel@bbyo.org) in order to be issued your refund.  \n\nCancellation refun
 ds will be granted up until January 31st.  ALL cancellation refunds will 
 be subject to a $36 administrative fee. \n\nIf you would like to apply fo
 r a scholarship for this convention\, you must contact  Judi Youngman (jy
 oungman@bbyo.org) for an application and submit no later than January 24t
