 pare for an event like no other.  Kick-off the new BBYO year with incredi
 ble activities- including a comedic hypnotist performing on the main stag
 e\, mountain tubing\, laser tag\, gaming truck\, caricatures\, henna art\
 , DJ with dancing\, a food truck and SO. MUCH. MORE!!!!  This festival is
  the event of the year and one NOT to be missed.  Invite your Jewish frie
 nds who aren't yet members of BBYO...reconnect with BBYO friends from acr
 oss the region\, and get ready to have the time of your life!!!!\n\nDETAI

 ctober 2nd\,7pm-10pm\nWhere: Black Bear Lake Day Camp\, Millstone\, NJ\n\
 nBusing will be provided from Clark\, NJ\; Livingston\, NJ and Paramus\, 
 NJ \n\nPre-registration is required for Kick-off by September 27th. There
  will be no registration at the door.\n\nThere will be no refunds provide
 d for this event. Dinner will NOT be served at this event-- but there wil
 l be plenty of snacks\, desserts and beverages!!!\n\nPlease remember no w
 ater bottles\, backpacks\, or juuls will be permitted in the event or on 
 the bus.\n\n**PLEASE NOTE** When your child attends any BBYO event or con
 vention\, we must be notified (by email) in advance if they are arriving 
 late or leaving early.  If you are allowing your child to be picked up by
  someone other than yourself or their guardian\, we must be notified (via
  email) in advance who is picking your child up and at what time. Additio
 nally\, if your child is scheduled to ride a bus in both directions\, but
  you will now be dropping them off or picking them up instead\, we must b
 e notified (via email) in advance with that information.\n\nIf your child
  is being picked up on time\, you do not need to notify us.\n\nOur highes
 t priority is the safety\, security and well-being of your child and we w
 ill be following certain COVID-19 guidelines. Our Kick-Off will be held e
 ntirely outdoors to allow for social distancing. We will also be requirin
 g masks while riding the bus to and from Kick-off and during the event.\n
