 E NOTE** When your child attends any dance/event or convention\, we must 
 be notified (by email) in advance if they are arriving late or leaving ea
 rly.  If you are allowing your child to be picked up by someone other tha
 n yourself or their guardian earlier than the end time of the event\, we 
 must be notified (via email) in advance who is picking your child up and 
 at what time. Additionally\, if your child is scheduled to ride a bus in 
 both directions\, but you will now be dropping them off or picking them u
 p instead\, we must be notified (via email) in advance with that informat
 ion.\n\nIf your child is being picked up on time\, you do not need to not
