Hello VIP guests, welcome to NER's Winter Kallah Zoomvention! Get excited for a weekend full of engaging events with the theme of Jews in Hollywood! Although Winter Kallah will be virutal this year, you have much to look forward to and all from the comfort of your own home. This weekend will be filled with a variety of opportunities to meet new people and to reconnect with old friends. The Steering Team has been working hard to plan new and different programs to connect the New England Region community together, even in the midst of a pandemic. 3 Fun Facts: I am a skilled ping pong player, I can throw a baseball over 80 miles per hour, and I am a master at scrambling eggs.
Why I chose to be a steerer: I love seeing my ideas and others’ ideas out into reality. I believe you get out what you put into BBYO so I want to put in as much as I can do I can enjoy as many meaningful experiences with fellow Jews as possible not only for good times but to expand my Jewish pride and identity.
What am I most excited for about convention: I’m really excited to meet some new people while also having good times with the boys and other accomplices.

I almost never wear matching earrings, I love sprite from McDonalds because it just tastes different, and I used to thrift way before it was trendy. 
Why I chose to be a steerer: I chose to steer this convention because I knew it was going to be an experience to remember, since it is virtual I saw this as an opportunity to adapt our old traditions while creating some new traditions as well.
What am I most excited about for convention: I am most excited for the swag packs and new ways to run shuk!!!

Why I chose to be a steerer: I chose to steer this convention because conventions are one of my favorite things about BBYO, and I wanted to make sure people can still enjoy them and have the best weekend even though it is virtual.  
What am I most excited about for convention: I am most excited to see all of the ways steerers are going to modify our already amazing conventions to make it covid friendly!

Why I chose to be a steerer: I have been wanting to get more involved in regional events and this convention is always really chill!
What am I most excited for this convention: The programs and services are going to be really fun and the theme is amazing!

3 fun facts: I love to ski, I'm addicted to caffeine, and my favorite summer vacation spot is the Cape!
Why I chose to be a steerer: I chose to steer this convention because I am passionate about creating an amazing virtual atmosphere for convention. It is more important than ever to create a welcoming and exciting environment for members, and I hope to accomplish this with the help of the atmosphere committee.
What am I most excited about for convention: I am most excited to see everyone and see what amazing merchandise chapters are selling at Shuk!!!!

Why I chose to be a steerer: I wanted to try and have a role with more responsibility to push myself and I knew it would be fun with everyone. 
What am I most excited about for convention: I can't wait to see everyone after soooo long because I miss them all!

3 Fun Facts: I once ate 19.5 hot dogs in 7 minutes, I'm anaphylactic to exercise but love to dance, and I go to an all-boys Catholic school (St. John's Prep) 
Why I chose to be a steerer: I chose to steer this convention because I love seeing my friends from BBYO and having an opportunity to provide my input on the programs I want to see.
What am I most excited for about convention: I'm really excited to have virtual Havdalah.

3 Fun Facts: I have a dog named Teddy,  my favorite food is ketchup and eggs, and blue hightop converse are my go-to shoe.
Why I chose to be a steerer: I help steer all conventions! As Morah I am hoping to create a welcoming and fun virtual environment so that members choose to continue coming to our virtual events and stay active! 
What am I most excited about for convention: I'm excited to see the new opportunities brought to us by doing yet another virtual convention and to see all of members connecting as a community yet again!

When I was 5, I knew all the US state capitals by heart, I hate the board game monopoly with seething passion, and I play the quad toms in my school's marching band
Why I chose to be a steerer: I want to engage further with my peers and with bbyo
What am I most excited about for convention: I'm excited to see everyone's faces

3 Fun Facts: I have four dogs -- two miniature Schnauzers, a Pug, and a French Bulldog. My favorite color is yellow. I love American Chinese food. The chicken fingers are my favorite type of chick finger.
Why I chose to be a steerer: I chose to steer this convention because I want to strengthen the preexisting precedents for our virtual conventions that continually impress me. 
What am I most excited about about convention: I am super excited to see how BBG Separates end up. Separates have always been my favorite part of convention-- they are the reason I kept coming back to BBYO during ninth grade. I want to supply new and old members with the same feeling that I keep being reminded of. Initiating or reigniting the BBG flame is a powerful portion of BBG and I want to do my part by planning meaningful programming.

: I have been to 10 countries/territories, played piano for 8 years, and have a middle initial but no middle name. 
Why I chose to be a steerer: BBYO is a great place to make connections and overall have a good time, so I decided it would be really awesome to be able to help make a convention happen!
What am I most excited for about convention: I am really excited to see my events come into action and see whether they go as we planned, or if they get their own spin from participants.
