PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

At the time of registration, a $250 deposit per program is required to save the spot. The deposit is fully refundable through February 28, 2019.

From March 1, 2019 through April 2, 2019 programs can be cancelled with a fee: domestic programs have a $250 cancellation fee, BBYO Passport programs have a $750 cancellation fee.

Full payments are due on April 2, 2019, and as of April 3, 2019 payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments made after this day are subject to a $75 late fee.

The payment and cancellation policy for the BBYO Michigan Business and Entrepreneurship Academy is different from policies listed here. Cancellation policies for Summer Discovery, our partner organization for these programs, can be found here.

Due to the popularity of our Summer Experiences and to prevent disruption to program planning late in the season, no refunds or transfers will be issued after April 2, 2019. This policy applies to cases of homesickness, dismissal, and voluntary withdrawal.

For CLTC, ILTC, and Kallah, the payment plan is as follows:

  • A $250 deposit is due at the time of registration

  • Half of the payment is due by February 28, 2019

  • Final Payment is due by April 2, 2019

All registrations that occur after April 2, 2019 must pay in full within 15 days. If you register within 15 days of the start of your summer program, you must pay in full before you arrive.
