Greater Jersey Hudson River Region Teens Stand Up for Breast Cancer Research

Pascack Valley BBG and AZA of BBYO Greater Jersey Hudson River Region presented a check for nearly $15,000 to Play for P.I.N.K., a nonprofit breast cancer research organization and their BBYO Stand UP cause.

Mysteria AZA of BBYO Gold Coast Region hosts Overnight Laser Tag Program

Alephs and BBGs of BBYO Gold Coast Region spent this past weekend at their local Laser Quest playing an 8-hour long overnight laser tag game. This program was organized by Mysteria AZA, but open to all of Gold Coast Region. While the program was originally intended to be chapter fundraiser, it ended up being the perfect opportunity for brotherhood and sisterhood bonding, recruitment, and a celebration of this year’s accomplishments in GCR. AZA and BBG #NeverForget on Yom Hashoah

Today year marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. As Jews, Alephs and BBGs, need to continue to emphasize the importance of remembering the tragic events that swept through Europe from 1938 - 45. Eleven million people were killed as a result of the Holocaust and other Nazi atrocities. As the leaders of the Jewish future, we need to honor the memories of those who perished. This resource has been made to streamline a host of resources which you can use to create programs that commemorate those who suffered during the Holocaust. Read More

J-Serve Pittburgh

This weekend in Pittsburgh, two hundred sixth- through 12th-grade area teens, along with 11,000 Jewish teens in 80 communities across 16 countries, will participate in a day of community service and improvement projects, as they take part in J-Serve: International Day of Jewish Youth Service on Sunday, April 19.
