Teen Safety Policy
By volunteering with BBYO you are assuming responsibility for the health and safety of our teens. As a teen organization, BBYO recognizes that our teens may struggle with challenges surrounding mental health, suicide, bullying, drugs and alcohol, and inclusion. It is the goal of BBYO to deal with all of these issues immediately and sensitively. Additionally, BBYO requires that any suspicion of abuse or neglect be reported in accordance with the law. If you have reason to suspect abuse or neglect, please contact a Wellness Specialist, BBYO year-round professional staff, or BBYO senior executive immediately to ensure proper and timely reporting. By signing below you are also acknowledging your responsibility to report suspicion of abuse or neglect.
