BBYO HONOR SOCIETY

Members of BBYO's Honor Society play a vital role in helping BBYO to provide fun, meaningful, and peer-led experiences to thousands of Jewish teens in more than 725 communities and 60 countries worldwide. With a contribution of $1,800 or more annually, your support through the Honor Society amplifies your impact on the lives of Alephs and BBGs across our Movement, supporting the next generation of Jewish leaders and strengthening our communities.

Honor Society members receive regular communication from BBYO’s Chief Executive Officer, exclusive program updates, and invitations to BBYO events and gatherings throughout the year.

“BBYO is an extraordinary Movement that empowers youth to become leaders in their communities and champions for Jewish life. We are so thrilled our children had the opportunity to participate in this wonderful organization, and as members of the BBYO Honor Society, it is our hope that future generations will continue to have access to the life-changing programming that BBYO has to offer Jewish teens.”

— Janyse and Bernie Weisz, Honor Society Members

JOIN US AT BBYO INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

Each year, Honor Society members are invited to join thousands of BBYO teens for an incredible experience at International Convention (IC)—the world’s largest gathering of Jewish teen leaders, which now brings together nearly 4,000 teens and 1,500 adults from across the world for a weekend of learning, inspiration, and celebration. Taking place over President’s Day Weekend in 2025 in Denver, Colorado, IC adult attendees will participate in unique sessions and hear from incredible speakers and global visionaries. Additionally, Honor Society members will enjoy networking opportunities, discussions with BBYO leaders, and the opportunity to participate in signature moments including Opening Ceremonies, an unforgettable Shabbat dinner, and a unique Havdalah experience.

NETWORK LOCALLY

In select markets, Honor Society members gather for networking events and in-person programming in their communities—providing a chance to build relationships and hear more about the impact of their gift directly from local teens. Last fall, in the Greater Washington area, Honor Society supporters attended a community reception with food, drinks, and inspiring words shared by local BBYO members.
