I grew up in Cary, North Carolina, where I was a member of Shaina BBG. My time in BBYO helped me discover my passion for leadership and feminism - which would carry into my future values and aspirations. As I have moved through college and graduate school, I’ve further tailored a passion for social activism, women's rights, equality, diversity and inclusivity. \r\n\r\nI am a graduate of Elon University (‘19) with a B.A. in Psychology and Minors in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Criminal Justice Studies. Throughout my time at Elon, I remained dedicated to the multi-dimensional well-being of my peers, serving as a Wellness Peer Leader and Educator. Through this position, I created numerous campus wide programs and events, including \'Consent Week,\' \'Take Back the Night\' and \'Thanks Birth Control Day.” At Elon, I became certified in suicide prevention via Counseling Services and sexual violence prevention via Title IX training. \r\n\r\nI currently live in Arlington, Virginia. I am an M.A. candidate in Marymount University's Forensic and Legal Psychology Program (‘21).
