Event Details

We are so excited to be hosting our Summer Term Executives Conferfence! This Conference is for newly elected  Execs from each chapter around the bay. Over the weekend we will leanr and work together to acheive 

Cost: $90.00

Location: Palo Alto 94303

Travel Info

There is no busing for this event. We reccomend carpooling. If teens need to be picked up at Cal-trail that can be arragned.

Q&A

What do my fees cover?: All meals Friday dinner- Sunday breakfast and snacks, BBYO Training Manual and other materials- Satruday Night Fun!

IMPORTANT: Please bring some of your favorite AZA/BBG Swag, we will be having a photo shoot over the weekend to create some promotional images for the upcoming year!

Pack: Sleeping Bag-Pillow-ToothBrush/Toothpaste (all the Hygene Essentials) Clothing for two days. Weekend is casual.

Prep work: Ben and Caroline are asking that each chapter Exec complete the Chapter Excelence Toolkit online by Wednesday, June 12 by clicking here.This tool is imporant to be complete ontime as we are using it to inform sessions through the weekend.   • Important thoughts:
    • This tool is here to help identify different areas for growth and areas where a chapter really thrives. 
    • Think of the rating scale of 1. we do not use at all 3. we sometimes use 5. its ingraned into our chapter culture.
