WHAT TO EXPECT 👀
Spring Convention is the topper on the cake! It's a weekend that includes our State of the Region ceremony honoring our Regional Presidents, hearing from our Delta seniors, electing our 77th and 97th Delta Regional Boards and a J-Serve experience like you've never seen before!
COME J-SERVE WITH US!
In April, teens from across the world will be participating in J-Serve; A unique opportunity to band together through service as a united global network committed to fulfilling the Jewish values of gemilut chasidim, acts of loving kindness, tzedakah, just and charitable giving, and tikkun olam, the responsibility to repair the world. This year, Jewish teens from across Delta Region will spend time on this special day and throughout the convention to make their community and the world a better place.
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation registration is organized by city. Your City Director/Advisor will be in touch with information on how to sign up. Transportation and logistics emails will go out one week prior to the convention and will include transportation info and timing for each city. Please note teens are never allowed to drive to BBYO conventions.
ATTENDEES: This incredible weekend is open to any BBYO member in grades 8-12 in the Delta Region, BBYO staff, and advisors.

BBYO works with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system. All participants and parents are required to complete a health file before attending a BBYO convention. Once you have registered for the convention, you will receive an email inviting you to join CampDoc. Accept the invitation and complete or update all forms. These forms provide dietary, medical, and other important information. Teens will not be allowed to attend without a complete profile.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND WHAT TO BRING: A detailed packing list will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the convention. The teens will be staying in a hotel with four to a room. The food will be kosher-style – no mixing of milk and meat.
