Event Details

ATTENDEES: All elected officers, RLN members or founding members of Eastern Region BBYO from Virginia, North Carolina Council and Southeast Council.

PURPOSE: To bring together the leadership of Eastern Region BBYO for a weekend of leadership training, education, goal setting and chapter planning.

COST AND REGISTRATION: The cost of the convention is $50. Registration is open and will close on at midnight Sunday, August 23rd.

If you are having a problem registering, please email [email protected] Refunds will not be given if you cancel the week of the convention.      

SCHOLARSHIPS: Scholarships are available for Regional Execs Convention. The deadline to submit scholarship applications is Sunday, August 16th. The scholarship form must be completed online at: https://bbyo.org/regionalscholarship/ Each family will be contacted, via email, by the regional office with the amount of scholarship awarded the week of August 17th. Once you accept the scholarship, the regional office will register you for the convention and then you can pay the balance. If you are requesting scholarship money, please do not register online until awards are announced.   

WHAT TO BRING/HOW TO PREPARE: Please make sure you have a computer with a good internet connection and a space with no distractions when logging on to our virtual convention. We will be sending out information in the coming weeks with more specifics on how to prepare for our time together.
