Event Details

WHAT IS FALL CONVENTION:  Fall Convention is the first overnight convention of the year. We are excited to bring together Alephs and BBG’s from Gold Coast Region to build community with a common goal to leave an impression on every Aleph and BBG through an experience that encourages brotherhood/sisterhood/siblinghood, and unites our region in spirit and programming. 

We will be sharing the hotel space with Miami Region and are excited to have joint moments together throughout the weekend. Stay tuned for more details! 

Because of limited hotel space, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. This convention WILL sell out!

COVID-19 Policy: We are committed to providing teens with a safe and healthy environment while attending BBYO programs. As of July 2022, all partitipants attending BBYO overnight events must be vaccinated and have a parent signed of on their covid vaccine form. Teens will be in a room with 3 other participants, and will be sharing a bed with one other teen. We are asking families not to send teens to events if they are experiencing any of the symptoms laid out in our COVID-19 waiver. To help us adequately prepare for in-person events, all participants must register in advance on MyBBYO so that we can best safeguard the health and safety of everyone in attendance. 

TRANSPORTATION: Teens must be dropped off and picked up. (Teens may not drive themselves to or from convention) 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before October 7th at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations received after October 7th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
