LOCATION: Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center 2665 Placid View Drive. Lake Placid, FL 33852 DATE: Friday, January 20th- Sunday, January 22nd Please note that in order to get down to Lake Placid on time for Shabbat, we are expecting an early afternoon departure for buses. COST: $250 for Summer Program 2017 Participants ONLY! (If you are currently registered for or will be registered for a Summer Program by 01/01/17, you will be eligible for this lower price.) $265, Early Bird until 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 23rd $290, Regular Registration until 5:00pm on January 10th Scholarship is available by applying at BBYO.org/regionalscholarship. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by Tuesday, November 29th. All applicants will be notified of their status on Wednesday, November 30th. Early Bird registration closes on 5:00pm Wednesday, November 23rd- NO EXCEPTIONS! WHAT IS MIT AIT/LTI: Our Members in Training and Alephs in Training Weekend will occur alongside our Leadership Training Conference. Both Conventions are structured to help your teen learn the BBYO basics and knowledge that they may use to become a better leader in and out of BBYO. A great mix of fun and education all happening alongside both Miami and North Florida Region as we celebrate our 13th years respectively. All three regions will come together for meaningful moments throughout the weekend, led by your teens as well as special guests Ira Dounn, Director of Jewish Enrichment for BBYO and Josh Cohen, BBYO Songleader. Because of limited bus space, registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided to and from Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Davie/South Broward, Plantation, and Boynton Beach/Lake Worth. All transportation information will be sent with the orientation packet the week prior to the overnight. Transportation costs are included in the registration fee. ***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION*** CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before December 23rd at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund.
