We are excited to announce that we are opening registration for Spring Regional Convention! Please see below for convention details:

LOCATION: Hotel in Boca Raton. (Address will be sent closer to the event for security purposes.)

DATE: Friday, April 12th- Sunday, April 14th.

COST: $329

Registration closes at 11:59pm Monday March 11th- NO EXCEPTIONS!

SCHOLARSHIP: Scholarship is available by applying here. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by February 22nd at 5:00pm. All applicants will be notified of their status on February 26th.

TRANSPORTATION: There will be NO transportation to/from the hotel for this convention. We invite parents to join us for both Opening and Closing Ceremonies of convention as they drop off/pick up their teens. Information regarding drop off/pick up times will be sent out prior to the convention. Participants MAY NOT drive to/or from the convention.

WHAT IS SPRING REGIONAL CONVENTION (SRC): Our Spring Regional Convention is a culmination of a year-end celebration of the past programming year. Highlights include our, Chapter Programming Showcase, Chapter Spirit Competitions, The Election of our 21st Regional Board, as well as a community service opportunity. It is certainly a convention not to be missed!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before March 11th at 11:59 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after March 11th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances. Please reach out to Regional Staff at [email protected] if you have any questions.
