We are so excited to announce that registration for Gold Coast's FIRST EVER Winter Retreat is now open! This convention will feature innovative programming, a focus on brotherhood/sisterhood, and will include musical guest Eric Hunker.    Please see the information below about our exciting convention weekend:     LOCATION: Lake Placid Camp and Conference Center 2665 Placid View Drive. Lake Placid, FL. 33852                                   DATE: Friday, January 22nd- Sunday, January 24th Please note that your child will be required to miss a portion of school in order to ensure we arrive before Shabbat.                School excuse letters are available upon request, should your child require one.        COST:  $250, Early Bird price through 4:00pm on Thursday, December 18th $275, Regular Registration price through Monday, January 18th                                   Registration closes on Monday, January 18th at 5:00pm.  FINANCIAL AID: Scholarship is available with this link. To be considered for scholarship you must put down a $50 deposit, and forms are due no later than December 18th. There are no exceptions.https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/52307073796965    WHAT IS WINTER RETREAT:  Winter Retreat is going to be a convention based upon brotherhood, sisterhood, and regional unity. With bonding, team building, and AZAA/BBGG games, this weekend is going to be one to remember.    Because of limited bus space, applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided to and from Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Davie/South Broward, Plantation, and Boynton Beach/Lake Worth.  All transportation information will be sent with the orientation packet the week prior to the convention.  Transportation costs are included in the registration fee.      ***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION***     CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before January 4th at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations received after January 4th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
