Gold Coast Region is proud to announce that registration for our Fall-A-Palooza Convention is now open!. Please see below for all convention details:
LOCATION: Camp Shalom , 168 Camp Shalom Trl, Hawthorne, FL 32640
DATE: Friday, November 9th- Sunday, November 11th
Please note that this convention requires teens to miss school on Friday, November 9th to ensure our buses arrive in time for Shabbat.
COST: $295 inclusive of all transportation, meals, lodging, and activities.
Scholarship is available by applying at bbyo.org/regionalscholarship. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by Thursday, September 20th. All applicants will be notified of their status on Friday, September 21st.
WHAT IS FALL-A-PALOOZA: Fall a Palooza is the first convention of this year, with a common goal to leave an impression on every Aleph and BBG through an experience that builds community, encourages brotherhood/sisterhood, and unites our region in spirit and programming. Teens will participate in various programming, chapter spirit competitions, and community building moments.
Because of limited bus space, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. This convention WILL sell out!
TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided to and from locations throughout Palm Beach County and Broward County. All transportation information will be sent with the orientation packet the week prior to the overnight. Transportation costs are included in the registration fee.
***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION***
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before October 15th at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after October 15th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
