Hello Chapter Leaders!

We are so excited to announce that registration is now open for our Annual August Execs Overnight! Chapter leaders will have an opportunity to participate in hands on training, programming, and gain an insight to what's in store for the 2019-2020 Programming Year. Please note that this event is also open to teens who have an interest in becoming future chapter leaders. See below for convention details and be sure to register before space runs out!

$105 inclusive of all meals and programming fees

WHAT IS August Execs: Our August Execs Overnight will gather all teen leadership from chapters across Gold Coast Region. Teens will plan for the year ahead as a united region, creating bonds and networks amongst our chapters, despite geographical locations.   Our Execs Body is challenged to focus on furthering the depth of chapter and community programming, expand the AZA and BBG Movement reach through membership and involvement, and how to most effectively make the world a better place. It will set the tone and agenda for the 2019 -2020 program year for AZA, BBG, and the Jewish teen community.

TRANSPORTATION: To keep costs down, transportation is NOT included in the price of convention. Teens may be dropped off/picked up from the hotel by a parent/guardian.
***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION***

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before July 22nd at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after July 22nd will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
