Do I have to be a member to register for International Convention?

- Yes, since IC is an overnight event each person that registers needs to be a BBYO member.

I'm not around to go to the party that night. Can I still register for IC2019?

- Yes! We will be keeping track of who from HVR is registering to be part of our delegation. Register this night to secure your spot!

I don't know my plans yet. Can I wait to register?

- It's not recommended to wait to register, since spots are anticipated to fill up on this night. You can register later, but will risk getting on a wait list and not being able to attend.

How does transportation for International Convention work?

- Delegations do not travel together. Staff need to be to IC early to set up and stay late to clean things up, and many families build their winter vacations around this trip that their teen is on. It is recommended to purchase airline tickets as soon as possible to secure the least expensive rates, and specific details for timing and locations will be available via the IC2019 Information Page on bbyo.org.

I can't stay at IC for the whole time. Can I get a discount or prorate the cost?

- Unfortunately BBYO isn't able to give discounted rates due to shortening the length of your stay.
