Event Details

HVR's Regional and Chapter Leadership will gather to learn more about their positions and the region's plans for next year, as well as participate in board and network bonding and chapter planning. Registration includes all programming, meals, housing, and transportation. As with previous overnight events, covid vaccinations are required. Testing and mask wearing may be required as the pandemic continues to evolve. 

Earlybird pricing: $130 through July 31st at 8pm

Regular pricing: $180 after July 31st through Sept 6th at 8pm

Refunds will not be available after Thursday, September 8th at 8 pm.
