Regional Leadership Training Institute (RLTI) 2019 is mandatory of all chapter and regional board members to ensure success and unity amongst the chapters. At RLTI, we'll spend a session training with your counterparts to review skills and ideas for your specific board position, working closely with your chapter to set goals around recruitment, programming, and spirit, and focus on personal development through modeling behaviors and acting as role-models in our community.
