THIS LINK IS FOR REGIONAL BOARD OFFICERS ONLY! Regional Leadership Training Institute for all members kicks off our programming year. Teens from throughout the region will be joined by teens from CVR, BAR, Manhattan and NER for a weekend of leadership, learning and training for the coming year. RLTI begins Thursday, August 20th in the morning(when buses pick up). Participants will return on Sunday, August 23 in the afternoon.
