***This registration is only for KIO teens who attended Spring Convention and received a promotion for free registration for this event. Please use the other link if you did not attend Spring Convention.*** ***This event is open to all BBYO members in the KIO Region in grades 8-12. If you need to purchase a new membership or extend your existing membership you can do so at http://bbyo.org/azabbg/membership/ ***Come join Alephs and BBGs from around KIO in Louisville for KIO’s AZAA/BBGG overnight. Alephs can participate in the Annual Drew Corson AZA Basketball Tournament, while BBGs will have a full day of programming to include zumba, yoga, and a BBG program led by your 63rd BBG Regional Board. All teens will join together for an afternoon community service project and to watch the finals of the basketball tournament. Louisville BBYO families will host the teens at their homes for an awesome overnight experience! There is no cost for this event if you attended KIO Spring Convention 2017 from March 3-5, 2017.*** ***ALL REGISTRANTS IN BOTH AZA AND BBG MUST COMPLETE THE SPORTS WAIVER at https://bbyo.org/sportswaiver/. ***Transportation: Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati teens will need to register separately for their bus transportation to/from convention. Indianapolis will provide a bus; however, teens do not have to signup separately for the bus. Per BBYO policy, KIO teens may not drive to this event and all Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati teens are required to signup for the transportation registration in addition to the general event registration. All buses are scheduled to depart by 7:40pm on Saturday evening. Dayton will ride the Columbus bus.*** ***Basketball Tournament: Each team participating in the basketball tournament will be assessed a $200 team fee to cover the cost of facilitating the tournament including the hiring of licensed referees and scorekeepers. Team fees will be assessed to the chapters and will be due upon arrival Saturday night.*** ***Scholarships: Scholarships are not available for this event. Please reach out to your local City Director or the KIO Regional Director if cost is prohibiting you from attending this event.*** ***Accommodations: This event is a home-housing event. Teens will be staying with Louisville families on Friday night and should pack lightly and bring a sleeping bag. Please be sure to include rooming request and/or host request. Every effort will be made to accommodate; however, no guarantees can be made.***
