Required Medical Forms: Parents, BBYO has partnered with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system for camps. Within days of registering for convention, you will receive an invitation from CampDoc to complete your teen’s profile. Medical information will need to be completed once per year in CampDoc regardless of how many programs your teen attends, including summer program. If there are medical updates throughout the year, you can log into the system and update your teen’s medical profile. All teens are required to have a completed CampDoc medical profile before attending convention. Cancellation Policy: There is a 100% refund for cancellation request received by October 23rd, 2016, and no refund for cancellations received after October 24th, 2016.
