We will be taking a nice coach bus with an on-board bathroom. This bus will be chaperoned by Shoshana BBG’s wonderful advisor, Jamie Exler. We will plan on making 1 stop each way. I will provide excused school absence notes for this event. This convention is an amazing opportunity and I will be more than happy to speak with your school administration if necessary. Below is the tentative travel information: Thursday, February 11th, 2016 • Plan on departing to IC from the Squirrel Hill JCC at 11:00am Monday, February 15th, 2016 • We will depart the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore around 9am with an expected arrival at the Squirrel Hill JCC around 2:00pm. Pricing: • The total due for transportation and your IC Spirit Pack (shirts, hats, other KMR custom goods for theme days) will be $195. You are able to pay this on your B-linked account under “AZA/BBG IC 2016 Bus & Spirit Pack registration!”.
