J-Serve is an annual day of service open to all teens in 6th-12th grade, and an amazing opportunity for teens to give back to their community while having a blast with their friends and learning about the value of service and community engagement.
Last year, we brought a new dimension to the J-Serve Pittsburgh experience, offering two advocacy and community learning workshops alongside traditional direct service projects. We are delighted to be bringing those opportunities back to J-Serve Pittsburgh 2020, with special workshops on climate change and prison reform. When you sign up for J-Serve, choose between a classic service project like helping Repair the World prepare their community garden or making a meal for families at Ronald McDonald House, or learn more about advocacy and activism from fellow teens and community leaders. J-Serve Pittsburgh is attended annually by more than 300 teens, making it one of the largest J-Serve events in the United States. Please join us for another inspiring year!
