Event Details

We are Making Waves at Regional Convention 2018! Regionals will be held from December 27-December 30, 2018 in Houston, Texas (location will be released once you are registered). This convention will include great events including our annual AZAA basketball tourament, BBGG by Define Body & Mind, Day of Impact, Elections of the 35th Regional Board, Senior Night, Battle of the Noms and so much more! Sign up before November 20th to pick your roommate!

Our early bird price of $389 is being offered until December 10th . If you sign up before Tuesday, November 20th, you can pick your roommate. Registration for Regional Convention will close on December 16th.

Scholarship applications are due by November 28th. Please contact Andrea at [email protected] for Houston scholarships, Rebecca at [email protected] for Austin scholarships, and Elie at [email protected] for San Antonio scholarships.

Travel Info

Travel will be arranged by city for Austin and San Antonio.  Keep a look out for local information in separate emails. 

Q&A

What should I wear/bring? 

A packing list will be sent out after registration closes.

Can I drive myself to convention? 

No teen may drive to convention. Transportation will be provided for Austin and San Antonio, Houston will be given specific indsturctions for drop-off and check-in. If you need to come late to convention, a parent may transport you to and from convention.
