Event Details

International Convention (IC) is the peak of our Movement's year. We celebrate our success and look to the future alongside thousands of Alephs and BBGs, alumni, special guests, staff, and supporters. This is our moment to declare to the world that it's our generation's turn to lead the way and tackle the biggest problems facing society today. 

Registration for IC 2019 goes live Thursday, October 4, at 8:00pm. BBYO communities are gathering across the country and across the world to countdown the launch to IC 2018 in Denver. (Want to learn more about IC? Check out the official website.)

BBYO Manhattan Region will come together on the 2nd floor of the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan from 7:00 to 8:30pm on 10/4 to get hype for IC. We'll unveil the 2019 official IC video, hear from past years' attendees, enjoy some Denver-themed snacks, and plug into one of the highest energy nights in the BBYO year. Whether you've been to IC, will go for the first time this February, or are just considering it, come to IC Launch Night.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in 9th through 12th grade. FREE to enter.

Q&A

Q: Do I have to be a member of BBYO to attend?
A: No! Any Jewish teen in grades 9 through 12 is welcome to join. You will need to join BBYO prior to registering for IC, however.

 

Q: Will dinner be served?
A: No, dinner will not be served. We will have snacks avaialble, however.

 

Q: Do I have to register for IC if I come?
A: Absolutely not! If you just want to come to see your BBYO friends and learn more about IC, that's totally cool.
