Is this a virtual or in-person event?
This is a virtual/in-person hybrid event. We will offer an in-person component. More info to come. If you would like to participate in the in-person events, you will need to register by April 17!

What is the deadline to register?
April 17! Any registrations after that date are virtual only, meaning you will not receive a swag pack or be added to in-person event rosters. So register before April 17!

What do I need to know before coming to an in-person component at Convention?
You can find all of the in person program guidance you need here. Priority #1 is to get your Covid-19 waivers signed! Find instructions on how to do that here. If you would like to participate in the in-person events, you will need to register by April 17!

Do I need to be a member of BBYO to attend Convention?
Yes, any 8th through 12th grade member of BBYO Manhattan Region is eligible to attend Convention. If you're not a member of BBYO but want to come to Convention, you'll first need to become a member by clicking HERE.  

I just joined BBYO! Any special deals?
Yes! If you join BBYO between February 17 and April 22, you're entitled to a coupon code for 50% off Convention! Just email [email protected] after you join and ask for your coupon!

Can 8th graders attend Convention?
Yes, Convention is open to 8th graders. 

How do I log on to Convention?
We'll create a group chat for all registered Convention attendees and send links and passwords in that chat throughout Convention weekend. We'll also have a virutal Convention guide where you can easily find all links and other important weekend info.

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Should I still sign up?
Yes! Even if you can't make it all weekend long, you're still welcome to come for the moments that you can!

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Do I still pay the full fee?
Yes, we do not prorate for Convention. Your fee grants you access to as little or as much of Convention as you'd like to attend.

What's your refund policy?
We'll offer 100% refunds until April 13 at 11:59pm. We'll offer 50% refunds from April 14 through April 19 at 11:59pm. We will not offer refunds from April 20 on. All refund requests must be sent, in writing, to [email protected], prior to the aforementioned deadlines. 

When will we know the schedule for Convention?
We're working on putting together an amazing weekend for you! We will publish the Convention schedule around two weeks before the event.

I know this Convention is held partially online. I'm Shomer Shabbat but still want to participate, what should I do?
We're committed to helping you get the most out of Convention, even if you don't use tech during Shabbat. Please email Mateo, our regional Shaliach (VP of Jewish Enrichment) at [email protected] and let him know that you're signed up for Convention and you're Shomer. Please copy [email protected] on the email. We'll work with you to ensure you have a meaningful Convention experience that is in line with your Judaic practice. 

Why are you asking for my mailing address?
