Event Details

Open exclusively to teen-leaders serving as board members or chair people on the chapter and regional level. Winter Regional Leadership Training Institute (RLTI) is when we come together to learn, bond, strategize, and plan as we prep our chapters and the region for a strong finish to the 2020-21 program year.

You'll spend half the time playing games and getting trained on important skills for a BBYO leader. The other half you'll spend with your chapter board, mapping out your event calendar and more for the second half of this school year.

Q&A

Who can register for this event?
Winter RLTI is open exclusively to teen-leaders who currently serve as chairpeople or board members on the chapter or regional level. Our goal is that 100% of this group registers for and attends RLTI.

Why are you charging?
When running virtual events, just like with IRL programs, BBYO incurs both direct costs and indirect costs. We're charging a small amount to help cover those costs and ensure we can continue to provide high-quality experiences for Jewish teens. We're also going to donate a portion of the proceeds from RLTI to one of our chapters' Stand UP cause, based on the winner of an exciting competition that we'll announce at RLTI!

I can only come for a portion of RLTI, should I still sign up?
Yes. We prefer if you make yourself available for its entirety. But if you can only come for a portion, please register and then contact us at [email protected] so we can talk through when it makes the most sense to be there.

What are the start time and the end time?
We start at 9:30am. Please log on 5-minutes early with everything you need for the day. We'll end no later than 1:30pm. You will have lunch in a breakout room with your positional network. Please prep your lunch the night before (or have it delivered), because we won't build in much time to make yourself anything too extensive.

I have questions, what should I do?
Please email us at [email protected] :)
