Miami Region is proud to announce that registration for our Regional Convention is officially open! Don’t delay, convention will sell out. Please see below for all convention details (YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO COME TO CONVENTION):

LOCATION:  Embassy Suites Miami Airport

DATE: Friday, May 13th - Sunday, May 15th

COST: $325 inclusive of all meals, lodging, and activities.
Scholarship is available by applying here.  Please note that all scholarship applications are due by Friday, March 25th All applicants will be notified of their status on Monday, March 28th.

WHAT IS REGIONAL CONVENTION:  Regional Convention will tobring together Alephs and BBG’s from Miami to build community with a common goal to leave an impression on every Aleph and BBG through an experience that encourages brotherhood/sisterhood/siblinghood, and unites our region in spirit and programming. 

Because of limited hotel space, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. This convention WILL sell out!
COVID-19 Policy: We are committed to providing teens with a safe and healthy environment while attending BBYO programs. As of July 2021, all partitipants attending BBYO overnight events must be vaccinated and have a parent signed of on their convid vaccine form. Teens will be in a room with 4 other participants, and will be sharing a bed with one other teen. Masks will be mandatory throughout our programming, except during meals and in their hotel rooms. We are asking families not to send teens to events if they are experiencing any of the symptoms laid out in our COVID-19 waiver. We recommend and expect our participants, hosts, staff, and volunteers to follow personal-protection and disinfection protocols to limit transmission of disease at all BBYO programs, including but not limited to hand washing, the wearing of masks, and the maintaining of recommended social distancing. To help us adequately prepare for in-person events, all participants must register in advance on MyBBYO so that we can best safeguard the health and safety of everyone in attendance. ALL TEENS MUST SUBMIT AN HOME COVID TEST RESULT UPON ARRIVAL AT CONVENTION.

TRANSPORTATION: Teens must be dropped off and picked up. (Teens may not drive themselves to or from convention) 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before April 23rd at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations received after April 23rd will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
