Honor our outgoing 97th/77th Regional Board, and welcome our incoming 98th/78th Regional Board. Hear the State of Michigan Region given by our 97th Regional Aleph Godol, Benji Stern and our 77th Regional N'siah Skylar Elbinger. We will also announce our Regional Award winners!
