MAR is ready to celebrate our centennial anniversary at Spring Convention 2024. The weekend will be full of fun programming, getting to know Jewish teens from all around the region, celebrating 100 years as an organization, honoring our graduating seniors, and making memories and new friendships that are for sure to last.

ATTENDEES: This incredible weekend is open to any BBYO member in grades 8 -12 in the Mid-America Region, BBYO staff and advisors.
REGISTRATION: Registration will open on Monay, March 4th. Early Bird registration will go from March 4 - March 14th. Regular Registration is from March 15 - April 12th. Late registrations will be accepted based on availability through April 21st. The last day to receive a full refund is April 12th. You can cancel between April 13 - April 21st for a 50% refund. In order to be eligible for the first round of scholarships, you must apply by the end of early-bird registration, March 14. Scholarships will be available on a rolling basis, while funds remain available. If you have any questions about financial assistance please reach out to your local director.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS:
BBYO works with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system. All participants and parents are required to complete a health file before attending a BBYO convention. More information about how to complete your CampDoc account will be hit your inbox after registering.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND WHAT TO BRING: A detailed packing list will be sent out in the weeks leading up to convention. The teens will be staying in a hotel and will sleep no more than four people to a room. The food will be kosher style – no mixing of milk and meat.
TRANSPORTATION: A transportation and logistics email will go out one week prior to convention and will include transportation info and timing for each city. Please note teens are never allowed to drive to BBYO conventions. Omaha, St. Louis, and Northstar will travel to/from convention on busses. Kansas City teens must be dropped off and picked up by parents at the hotel.
