Event Details

East Valley Lock in will be at the East Valley Jewish Community Center! We are so excited for a full night of fun, with programs planned by our East Valley Chapters, Tovah BBG and Rabbi Marvin Meir Reznikoff AZA~ 

We will have food, great programs and a good time! 

Pay ahead of time and it is $20.00! Pay at the door an it will be $25

Q&A

1) Can anyone attend East Valley Lock In? 

Everyone in the region is invited, however for Fall Term Overnight Events, you must be in grades 9th-12th to attend and a member of BBYO. 

2) Do I need to RSVP, and if so, by when? 

Yes by 3pm on Friday November 22nd, we need to know how many teens are coming for spacing and food purposes. You can either register to this event, or reach out to Jeff Hast at [email protected] to inform him of you coming. For anyone coming from outside of Phoenix, please look below to see information. 

3) Will there be transportation provided to lock in? 

There will be no transportation provided by BBYO. If you live in Phoenix, you may drive yourself, and your keys will be collected by the Senior Regional Director at the JCC.

If you live outside of Phoenix (Tucson, Las Vegas or SLC), you may not drive yourself. 

4) What do I need to bring? 

  • Sleeping Bag and Pillow 
  • Toiletries 
  • Comfortable clothes/clothes to sleep in 
  • As well as $25 for payment at the door (if you don't ahead of time)
  • And a GOOD TIME! 

5) What staff will be there?

Jeff Hast, Senior Regional Director, will be there overnight as well other advisors (BBG and AZA).  Please contact Jeff if you have any further questions.
