LOCATION: Holiday Inn Phoenix - Mesa/Chandler, 1600 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210 DATE: Friday, January 20th- Sunday, January 22nd. Please note that in order for Las Vegas, Tucson and Salt Lake City teens to get to Mesa in time for Shabbat, we are expecting varying departure times for those cities. COST: $300, Early Bird until Midnight on Monday, December 12th $350, Regular Registration until Midnight on January 9th. Scholarship is available by applying at BBYO.org/regionalscholarship. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by January 2nd. All applicants will be notified of their status on Thursday, Thursday January 5th. TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided to and from Las Vegas, NV and Tucson, AZ. Recommended flight information for Salt Lake City is included in the registration email. Flights should be booked ASAP for all SLC participants. A maximum $200 reimbursement will be available to SLC participants with submission of flight receipt after the conclusion of Spirit Convention. ***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION*** CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or befoe Midnight on January 9th will be eligible for a full refund.
