Calling all 8th and 9th grade NEW MEMBERS to the Nassau Suffolk Region of BBYO!! 

We invite you to attend our Winter Convention - New Member Overnight 2021! This will be your chance to meet other BBYO newcomers like you, engage in fun activities, and learn more about all of the fun opportunities BBYO has to offer! 

Be sure to register for this event in addition to the regular NSR Winter Convention link. 

**As per current BBYO covid-19 guidelines, we are requiring all participants and staff members to be fully vaccinated in order to attend any overnight events.**

Cost: $110.00

  • New Member Overnight is for BBYO members only. Full membership required to sign up.
     
  • All meals are Kosher Style (Glatt Kosher available by request)
     
  • Rooms are on a quad basis
     
  • Roomate Requests: Teens may make one roomate request upon registration. Requests must be mutual (Teen A must request Teen B and vice versa). We will do our best to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed.

  • Adult supervision will be present, 1 adult staff member per 20 participants.

  • Staff nurse on-site at all times

  • Boys and Girls sleep in separate areas of the hotel.

  • We travel by Coach buses with a staff on each bus.

  • We will be heading up that Thursday after school. A note will be provided for an excused absence for the Friday after.
